Choice Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract

Vanilla Cake Our flagship. Cook’s Choice Vanilla Extract combines the finest hand selected, late harvest vanilla beans with our commitment to making the very best vanilla possible. It is these natural and human factors in our vanilla making process which define the quality of a fine vanilla, resulting in the distinct style of Cook’s vanilla.

Each vanilla bean used in this extract is hand picked during the late harvest. It is only during this harvest that the vanilla bean has reached optimum and full maturity. The beans are again hand sorted at our factory. Gently placed in percolators, an alcohol-water mixture is continuously circulated through the beans at a cool temperature extracting the maximum natural aroma and flavor, a process which takes 10-14 days. We then age the vanilla for clarity and further refinement of the flavor. The result? A Vanilla rich, complex, and intense in flavor and aroma.

Vanilla Ice Cream Cook's Choice Pure Vanilla has been the first choice of ice cream manufacturers and commercial bakers for years. Created using sun-ripened Bourbon vanilla beans, this pure vanilla contains no added sugar. It enhances any recipe that calls for vanilla.

This is the secret to fantastic flavor. I have even tried Nielsen-Massey which is just overpriced, mundane flavor in comparison to Cook's. Using for 8 years and will never try anything else again.

I have entered cookies in the county fair for four years running. All four years I have either won best in show or first place in the catagory. I believe Cook's Pure Vanilla Extract is the reason. Everyone always wants my cookie recipies. I have used other extracts from Cook Flavoring and they are all the best.

It has been a rather long time since I last (amnd first) ordered from Cook's Flavoring. Their vanilla is so good and so concentrated that a bottle will last a good long while!! I liked it so much I ordered it as a gift for a friend who bakes quite a bit. She is thrilled with the vanilla and I'm sure she will reorder when she needs more - her name is Elizabeth Castle; Charleston, SC Cook's flavorings are wonderful and so very reasonable. In talking with the owner a time ago, I concluded the products are exceptional because a real gentleman makes them! My suggestion is: do not hesitate to buy Cook's flavorings. You won't be sorry. Its the best vanilla I have ever used. I do alot of baking all year but especially during the Christmas holidays and I would use nothing but Cooks Pure Vanilla. Its wonderful and the price can't be beat!
