Directions

  1. Stir together dry ingredients for the cake
  2. Add water, mayonnaise, Cook’s Pure Chocolate Extract and Cook’s Choice Pure Vanilla Extract in that order, mixing well after each
  3. Bake at 350ºF in two 8-inch pans for 30-35 minutes, let cool
  4. Cook all ingredients for vanilla sauce, boil until clear
  5. Remove cake from pans
  6. Drizzle vanilla sauce over one cake
  7. Place second cake on top
  8. Drizzle the rest of the vanilla sauce over the cake
