Substitute 1 teaspoon of Cookbook Alcohol Free Vanilla Flavor to 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. In standard single batches, use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon. As a condiment, use dropper to add 1-5 drops to taste. Finally, for wholesale applications, use 2 to 4 ounces per 5 gallons (40 pounds) of mix. Shelf life is 1095 days from manufacture.
