In standard single batches, use 1/4 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon. As a condiment, use dropper to add 1-2 drops to taste. Finally, for wholesale applications, use 2 to 4 ounces per 5 gallons (40 pounds) of mix. Shelf life is 1095 days from manufacture. Manufacture date is listed as UDC. Store in a cool, dry, dark container away from sunlight.
