Ken Cook, longtime president of Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, searched for the highest quality vanilla and uncovered a 100-year family legacy in Paso Robles, California. We harvest the fully vine-ripened beans and cure them ourselves to assure a delicate, intense, beautiful vanilla. Through our cold extraction, we have captured this exotic essence in a bottle.
